Skulle köra axlar idag men blev så sugen på att köra med kroppen så det blev en shoulder calisthenics routine istället, så det blir ju lite annat än bara armar.
På tid med 3 minuters vila. Fyra varv.

Typewriter Pull ups x12 (Orkade bara två varv, dom sista två varven fick det bli 12 pull ups istället)
Decline Push ups x15
Australian Pull ups x20
Korean Dips x8
L-sit 25 sekunder (det här var insane jobbigt)
