Oh noes! Another amateur photographer :P

So, after many many years of whining, my wife got fed up with it and made me buy our very first DSLR camera and so far, I’m very very very pleased with it!

The camera is a Sony A390 with a 18-55 lense and along with it I bought a 16gb  SanDisk Ultra (30mb/s), an external flash Sony HVL-F42AM and a nice bag to carry the toys camera equipment with.

There’s SO much to learn now though. It feels pretty overwhelming to be honest but a whole lot of fun. I’m without a doubt sure that this will increase the fun factor of our vacation and upcoming events. Sure, it’s nothing you carry with you every day (although I’ll most likely will) but when you do take it with you, you’ll get some fantastic shots! Specially when our kids have some kind of show, football game or whatever.

And, like every photographer out there, nature pictures are a whole lot of fun to take. It’s most likely very dull for someone other than the photographer him/her-self but heck! This is my spot and my pictures will open the doors to other dimensions! I mean, A flower! Some ants! BERRIES!

 

So, hopefully I’ll be able to post some better pictures, other than very common stuff 🙂 But it’s a whole lot of fun and with patience I’ll get a photo of an UFO or maybe a cow smoking weed.
