Dagens Träning

Totalstopp i trafiken idag. Inte oväntat när det bir lite väderomslag. Men när man får ett sånt sms från SJ mitt i träningspasset, då tänker man ”ooooh yeah, längre cardio! 😀
Blev axlar idag med 20 minuters cardio i slutet.
Barbell Standing Military Press 4×8
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4×8

– Dumbbell lateral raise x10
– Cable rope face pull x8
Superset x4
– Barbell Front Raise x8
– Barbell shrug x8
Superset x4
– Dumbbell front raise x8
– Dumbbell shoulder shrug x15
Rings Abs Rollout 4×15
Windshield Wipers 4×10
Cardio 20 minuter
