Måndag och härliga gym morgon att se fram emot. Behöver du motivation? Kör samma pass som jag kör! Bröst och Axlar stod på menyn idag med följande övningar
Barbell Benchpress 5×5
Dumbbell Bench press 5×8
Dumbbell incline bench press 5×10
Superset x4
– Cable lower chest raise x10
– Barbell front raise x10
Superset x4
– Barbell shrug x10
– Dumbbell lateral raise x10
Superset x4
– Barbell standing Military press x10
– Dumbbell standing alternate front raises x10
Kör fortfarande samma startövningar men nästa bröstpass får det bli lite variation. Kanske skippa bänkpress helt och köra mera intensivt. Vi får se!
