Hade noll kraft idag…. fyfan va tråkigt det är när man måste gå ner i alla vikter för att knappt ens kunna slutföra övningarna. Men men…. det vänder och man får ta såna förluster som en lärdom.
Barbell Bench Press 4×5
Dumbbell Bench Press 4×5
Dumbbell Fly 3×8
Cable Lower Chest Raise 4×10
Superset x4
– Barbell Standing Military Press 4×8
– Cable One Arm Lateral Raise 4×8
Superset x2 (hann inte med dom två sista….)
– Barbell Front Raise x8
– Dumbbell Lateral Raise x8
