Hade tänkt skriva nåt skoj på den 100e träningsposten eller träna nåt extravagant, men istället blir det en vanlig post och en vanlig gympass. 100 är samma som 1 eller 32 eller 422. Just a number.

– Barbell Bent Arm Pullover x15
– Dumbbell Shoulder Shrugs x15
Calf Press on Leg Press Machine 5×20
