Idag blev det biceps! Pollen är lite bättre nu så jag testar att köra pollenmedicin varannan dag. Somnade sjukt tidigt också så jag känner mig utvilad 😉

Barbell Preacher Curl 3×8
Blev en del i uppvärmning och kände mer för att leka lite med ringarna än att nöta mera biceps.
