Gymma på helgerna är som smådrygt. Oftast massa folk och man vill helst inte röra på sig ens. Men idag skuttade vi ner och körde en låååång pass.
Cable Overhead Tricep Extension 4×15
Cable Triceps Pushdown 4×15
Cable One Arm Tricep Extension 4×15
Weighted Tricep Dips 4×15
Close tricep pushups 4×15
Barbell Abs Rollout 4×15
Weighted Plate Russian Twist 4×15
Barbell standing wood chop Twist 4×15
Runda av med 30 minuter cardio på bandet.
Nu är jag helt slut, dags att crasha i soffan 😛
