Dagens Träning

Nu blir det att hänga bort all ”viktkåthet” åt sidan och fokusera på att få ut allt från muskeln istället. Så strikta som möjligt och full fokus på varenda muskelgrupp som ska tränas. Det är visserligen lite tråkigt att inte gå på dom tunga hantlarna men brännan i muskeln makes up for it 😉
