Never skip legday! Men ibland känns det segt att köra ben. Det är en stor muskelgrupp och övningarna kan ta tid, men istället för att skippa så se till att variera lite och kör ett enklare pass. Dagens pass blev så här

Sissy squats 3×30
Barbell stiffed leg deadlift 3×15
