Dagens Träning

Imorse var det vansinnigt tungt att komma upp. Sara är hemma sjuk och jag tror att min kropp kämpar som en vilde på att inte bli sjuk. Kan vara inbillning och hypokondrikern i mig som skriker ut, men imorse hade jag 0 kraft.
När jag kom hem däremot kände jag mig rätt ok så det var bara hugga i!
Barbell Front Squat 3×12
Barbell Squats 5×8
Dumbbell Standing Calf Raise 3×20
Dumbbell Side squats 3×10
Dumbbell step ups 3×10
I skrivande stund så känner jag lite risig trots allt.
